1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LingoPool's Duolingo Family Plan subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
LingoPool provides access to official Duolingo Family Plan subscriptions. Our service includes:
- Access to official Duolingo Family Plans purchased directly from Duolingo
- Genuine billing information and legitimate subscription
- Addition to one of our pre-purchased family plans after your purchase
- 12-month access to Duolingo Super features
Important: LingoPool is NOT an official Duolingo service. We are an independent service providing access to official Duolingo Family Plans. Duolingo and the Duolingo logo are trademarks of Duolingo, Inc.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Annual Plan
Our Family Sharing Plan (Super) is offered as an annual subscription for $10/year. This price is final and non-negotiable.
3.2 No Refund Policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once purchased, we do NOT support refunds under any circumstances.
Please think carefully before making your purchase. Make sure you understand the service and are ready to commit to the annual plan. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. Service Delivery
Most users receive access to the Duolingo family plan within 24-48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email invitation to join one of our Duolingo Family Plans.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your family plan slot with others
- Comply with Duolingo's Terms of Service
6. Privacy and Data
Your personal information stays private. We use secure payment methods and never share your data with other family plan members. Your learning progress, streak records, and achievements remain completely separate and private to your individual Duolingo account.
